Hello there! We are Kipling. We love living, imagining and laughing.



Our tale is a fun one that dates back to 1987, when three designer pals in Antwerp, Belgium stumbled upon a happy accident on a loom and discovered crinkled nylon fabric and voila! A world of bright and colorful bags and accessories were born. Playfully dubbed Kipling, after the clever little spirit of the monkeys in Rudyard Kipling's Jungle Book, our story came to life and has been an inspiration around the world ever since.



While it is true we all have places to go and things to see...we prefer a skip, hop or a cartwheel to get there. We keep tallies of smiles in our daily diaries and make wallpaper out of our favorite Polaroids. We believe in seeing everything through a child?s gaze in a grown-up world. We pretty much make it our mission to find fun in anything. Simply put, you could say we have a lot in common with you! We live a joyful life and cherish little moments. But, most of all, we love making bags that lighten and brighten your day.

Payment Policy

Immediate payment is required upon selecting "Buy It Now".



Methods:

We only accept immediate payment through the eBay checkout system.



We only accept payment via US PayPal accounts. PayPal allows you to pay using a major credit card or direct transfer from your checking account.



Sales Tax:

We are legally required to collect sales tax on items shipped to states and localities in which Kipling as part of VF Corporation currently does business in a physical location (Nexus).



Promotional:

Kipling website discounts, coupons and gift certificates are not valid for use on eBay.

Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.



If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. (noon) EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day.



We do not ship to Post Office address, Alaska and Hawaii, US Territories or a Military APO/FPO address. 
Items ordered together may be delivered separately.

Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased from Kipling, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift box fee and other additional charges. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.



Note: Online purchase made with an alternate form of payment (PayPal, Google Checkout, Bill Me Later) are not returnable to any of our Kipling retail or outlet stores. These purchases must be returned to the online store.



Please refer to the Return Instructions on the packing slip when returning your item. The items must be returned in unused/undamaged condition with all tags attached to ensure credit. Please pack returns in their original boxes (whenever possible) and include all paperwork, parts and accessories.
