I don’t know much about this part, but it’s an attachment for a fFree-Westinghouse sewing machine.

It seems to be in practically new condition, with instructions.

The best part is that it’s in the box that it was originally shipped to its owner in, with a postmark in 1955. Postage was $0.24 back then.
