The "Laurel" pattern was introduced by Gorham Silver in 1885.  It is a beautiful pattern with a definite Victorian theme. For sale here is a 7" sterling silver serving spoon in this pattern.  It is in excellent antique condition with no issues.  It has a beautiful monogram which I feel only adds to its appeal.  It is marked on the back with the Gorham logo, "Sterling Pat. 85."  Please look at the photos here because they can better describe this spoon than I can using words.  Even the bowl has a spiral and etching.  It really is a lovely piece of Victorian silver!!

I have liquidated estates for over 40 years.   I have been using eBay for the past few years  to help liquidate items, many of which come from assisted living communities where estate sales cannot be held out of concern for the security for the other residents.   I strive to be accurate in my listing descriptions.  If you have a question or concern about any item, please contact me BEFORE making an offer.   Payment is appreciated and expected within 24 hours of purchase.  I will usually ship out the item the following day using USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Home Delivery.   The postage shown in my listing is ONLY AN ESTIMATE.   The actual amount may be higher or lower depending on the location of the buyer.  Please wait for an invoice before making payment, if possible.   The invoice should correctly reflect the amount of postage to your zip code.  Also, upon receiving your item in the mail, you have TWO DAYS to report any damage which occurred during transit. I DO NOT SELL INTERNATIONALLY.  If you are an individual or company that re-ships items to other parts of the world, my liability for damage will end once the package arrives at the United States address you provide.    Also sales tax will be collected by eBay when required by individual states.
