2 - A lot of reviews for these say that wiring is difficult. NEUTRAL IS REQUIRED to operate this switch! Make sure neutral is available at the switch location. Other reviews say that the wiring is atypical in general when wiring multiple switches for 3-way operations. Please look up the part on youtube or google to try to find wiring examples.
