The 12" vinyl is contained in a printed card RCA Disco Direction sleeve which does show some extremely light edge, corner and ring wear. Sleeve conservatively graded as EX+
The RCA labels are clean with no spindle marks. The record itself is shiny with no visible scuffs, scratches or hairlines. Both sides play perfectly. Grades as EX+ to NM
