preparation options, this tea can be brewed hot or cold to help you
create a variety of menu items. For hot tea, pour 8 oz. of water heated
to 205 degrees Fahrenheit over a tea sachet and allow to steep for 4-5
minutes. To create cold-brewed iced tea, place a tea bag in 32 oz. of
room temperature water and allow to steep under refrigeration for at
least 6 hours or up to overnight. Whether you serve it hot or cold, this
