This precious book of prayers is in excellent condition for its age.

It has been kept in its original box by the former owner, a Monsignor who was the only owner of the book. He purchased the book in Czechoslovakia in the 1920's. 

There is an antique lace prayer cap that was his mother's in which he kept with the prayer book. There are a couple of small holes in the lace cap that I have tried to take close up's of. 

The lace prayer cap is included with the prayer book. It would be a shame to separate the two after all these years.

There are pictures of the front cover and a few sample pages to demonstrate that they are not torn and are not yellowed.

There does appear to be a light spot on the back cover and I have taken a picture of that. 

There is still gold on the edges of the pages and the clasp does close.
