Unique 1/2 belt buckle. Genuine art deco period, Marked Cechoslovakia. It is emerald green and royal blue, a clear coat of enamel on top. Very pretty, with issues. Discolored underneath clear coat. Tarnished. Only 1/2 of the buckle. Could be turned into a pin or pendant, or worn as a scarf ring or bolo tie slide. Measurements in photos.

Made in Germany belt buckle appears to be a very thin sheet of celluloid, covering a metal base. The metal is rusted on the back side.

The goldtone filigree has discoloration, marked Cechoslovakia (yes, that is the way it’s spelled on the buckle). It measures 1.75 inches.
