Description:
This is a piston gudgeon pin removal tool for those seized or just jammed gudgeon / piston pins.
It can be used with any type of piston providing that the inner gudgeon pin diameter is between 8mm and 15mm.
A must for any workshop or do it yourself enthusiast.
Screw the circular brace section onto the end of the main tool body.
Locate the main tool body (with the brace attached) to side of the piston, over the pin hole, in the direction in which you want the pin to travel.
Insert the pulling pin into the pin hole on the opposite side of the piston, so that it travels through the centre of the gudgeon pin.
Once inserted, screw the pulling pin into the inside of the main tool body using an hex key.
Turn the main bolt in the tool body so that it moves away from the piston, thereby pulling the gudgeon pin with it.
