This no return-no exchange policy falls under items that do not fit. I take the time to measure that bracelet. Please compare the measurements of the item with an item of similar cut that you own to determine fit, while lying flat. And ask questions, if you are not sure that bracelet fits you before buying.
This no return-no exchange policy also falls under items with color differences from picture to actual. Please note computer monitor settings vary and may depict the shade differently from what it is in person.
Besides looking at the size of the item, please be sure to also check the measurements. If you don't know your measurements, compare the measurements of the item against one of the items you own and measure it while lying flat as well.
