Here is a desirable Wollensak Vitax No. 5 f3.8 16 Inch portrait lens. The lens is in excellent working shape. The diaphragm opens and closes smoothly. The glass is clean and clear. Their is a small bit of balsam separation at the very edge in the front near where it says Rochester on the front plate. It would not effect picture quality. The soft focus adjuster works fine and I see the inner element move smoothly. It has its mounting flange so the lens is really all ready for mounting and use. A top quality piece.
