Shipping Information

We ship item(s) on the same business day immediately after receiving payment. Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm PST, excluding Federal holidays within the United States. You will receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a delivery confirmation tracking number.

Orders / Shipments Tracking
You can check the status of an order once you have received an email from us with a tracking number. Simply click the link included in the email and you will be directed to the website page where you can track your order.

International Shipments
We are sorry that we currently do not offer international shipping for purchases from our eBay store. 

Shipping Policies & Procedures

Incorrect Shipping Information
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly due to incorrect shipping information. If free shipping is applied, it will not be valid due to the error on the customer's part, and the customer will be charged for all shipping costs.

Defective Merchandise
We are committed to providing top-quality merchandise and ensuring product integrity. However, should you receive an item that is defective, please contact us immediately.

Lost or Damaged Merchandise
Upon the arrival of your shipment, please check the content of your package immediately and report any discrepancies or damages within 7 business days of receipt of the merchandise. Please keep all merchandise and packaging in as-delivered condition. Claims issued on damaged or lost orders can take 3-5 business days to process. Once a claim has been initiated and processed, a replacement will be sent. We will work diligently to resolve these matters in the most efficient way possible.

Returns Information

If you are in any way unsatisfied with your purchase or for any reason you decide to return or exchange your purchase, you may do so within 30 days of purchase. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, and unaltered in any way with original packaging. We are not responsible for item loss or damage while shipping. A refund will be given within 2 business days in the original form of payment. For credit card payments, your credit card account will be credited upon processing the returns, and the credit should appear on your next statement. A refund notification will be sent to you upon completion. All shipping, handling, and insurance charges are not refundable.
