This is a vintage dry cleaners laundry bag from Manhattan Cleaners in DuPont Washington DC and estimated in the 1940s based on the phone number on the laundry bag.

Cloth laundry bag is cotton and has black lettering. It measures 34” in length by 26” in width.

Condition is very good! There is a drawstring at the top of laundry bag and does have a small tear that is not noticeable and does not affect bag. Shows some fading / discoloration on the labeling and very minimal stains on the back side bottom. (Please see photos)

This is a great piece of vintage Washington DC history and would look great framed or displayed in a laundry room, living room, or bedroom.
