Toshiba model number 32L1350U1 TV stand with screws. Screws weren't pictured but you will receive original screws with the stand. In descent shape but does have minor cosmetic flaws associated with normal use and time. It was sitting in dirt so it was hard to get completely clean and there are 2 chips missing from the plastic ribbing on the bottom and a few dented ones but the stand is solid and sturdy. The leg to the TV still has it's protective plastic on it as well. Ships Fast and Free
