Does this neon flex led strip get hot while working?
No. This LED neon rope runs on 12V DC and generates low heat. And the outside is wrapped with high-quality soft silicone to avoid direct contact. So it is safe and Touchable for Children and Adults.
Can this neon lights be cut and shortened?
Yes, Lucienstar neon lights is cuttable. Minimum cut length is 1.1in. If you need, please watch the demonstration video(attached on the product page) first and then cut according to your needs.
Can two or more neon strips be connected together to extend the length?
No. Due to the power issue, they cannot be physically connected. But you can group them and control them in sync via the ‘Magic Home Pro’ App, each neon strip needs to be powered individually.
What is the dimensions of this Neon LED Light?
The neon light strip is 0.24in(6mm) in width, 0.47in(12mm) in thickness, and 16.4ft(5m) in length. With a density of 33 LED beads/ft, it provides uniform and spotless lighting effect.
How to install? Does it come with adhesive backing?
