We offer FREE shipping on all orders!

Your order will be dispatched within 1- 3 working days of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it 3 - 5 working days after dispatch We use Royal mail and Other couriers for our postage. All are fully tracked.

In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.

Returns

Returns and refunds

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

Damaged

If you have received your order and it is damaged we will happily fully refund the price of your order or exchange it for a new one.

Order Incorrect

If you had an item from us that is incorrect and does not match the mock design or notes, we will issue a full refund or a replacement. if the order does match the mock design and notes, we will take the item back but we will only offer a 50% refund and return postage is paid by the buyer.

Ordered by Mistake / Changed Your Mind/ Did'nt Like it

If an order is ordered by for any of the reasons above we will offer a 50% refund and return postage is paid by the buyer.

Used Item

If the item has been used in anyway, we will take the item back but only offer a 50% refund and the buyer will pay the return postage. But if our item has been stuck to the any surface (i.e wall or window) we will not issue a refund at all.

Please make sure you use the ebay return postage. if the seller, choose the incorrect return postage reasons, we will minus the return postage from the refund.
