    Orders over 21KG are distributed using 3rd party couriers companies like Toll etc...

    All our orders are fully insured, registered and trackable( unless stated differently in the listing shipping service).

    Pickups:

    Sadly we don't allow pick up from eBay purchases.

What do I do if my item doesn't arrive within the Estimated Time

First of all please make contact with your local Post Office and check they are not holding your parcel for you.

Log in to ebay and check in your transaction, we attache the tracking number to every order in ebay.

Then if still not received / found, send us an email Via eBay message message advising the item has not arrived. We will then contact Australia Post and follow it up for you and advise the outcome.

    A: Yes, all of our item are new unless stated differently in the item description.

    Q: When can I expect my item to arrive
    A:     We generally dispatch the item 24-48 hours of the payment clearing. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as we receive your payment and another as soon as it ships. Most of our items take between 1-4 working days to arrive to all of Australia excluding remote areas in WA etc.

    Q: Do you post International
    A: Yes, most our items are open to overseas shipping if they are not, please send us a mail using eBay message system with the country details and the item number you are interested and we will send you a quote, some of our items already have the option to ship overseas.

    A: Yes, all our products are sold with Australian plug, if your item comes with another plug please email us from eBay and we will be happy to assist you.

    Q: Do you send the item by Registered Post
    A: Yes, most of our items are sent by Australia post, registered post with tracking numbers and signature unless stated otherwise in the item postage description. Some items will be sent by standard post to reduce cost which won't be trackable.
