This is one of their earlier versions in it's original packaging!
Condition: The blanket/swaddle is new in the original package. There is a bit of a musty odor so it would be best to launder the blanket/swaddle upon receipt. The paper insert in the package has some tears in it and the plastic pouch has some indents in it. In short - it looks as though the swaddle has never been used, but has been stored away and needs to be freshened up!
