These plans and blueprints are for cities and developments in the Rhode Island - New York area. They are Very Unique and in overall excellent condition and each page is enclosed in a plastic page protector. The leather portfolio which contains the plans is in very good overall condition with expected use wear. The portfolio's dimensions are 17.5" High x 16" Wide x 2" Thick. It has multible steel interlocking rings which can be opened and closed to add or remove pages. These plans come from the 1960's and are by Carolyn Busta a graduate from Rhode Island School of Design.
