S.A. Savinkova (nee Yaroshenko, literary pseudonym - S. Shevil) - Russian writer, mother of Boris Savinkov, sister of the artist Nikolai Yaroshenko.

Fyodor Izmailovich Rodichev (1854-1933, Lausanne, Switzerland) - Russian politician. Member of the State Duma of the I, II, III and IV convocations (1906-1917).

Ilya Isidorovich Fondaminsky (1880 — 1942, Auschwitz, Nazi-occupied Poland), was a Russian author (writing under the pseudonym I. Bunakov ) and political activist, Russian revolutionary, freemason, religious figure. In 1907-1917 and from 1919 he lived in exile. in 1910s one of the leaders of the Esers party, in 1917 a senior member of the Alexander Kerensky's Provisional government. In February 1917, together with Nikolai Dmitrievich Avksentiev and Boris Viktorovich Savinkov, he returned to Petrograd. In May 1917, he was elected fellow chairman of the Executive Committee of the Council of Peasants' Deputies. In June, at the III Congress of the AKP, he was elected to the Central Committee. In the summer of 1917, Fondaminsky was appointed by the Provisional Government as Commissioner of the Black Sea Fleet. He was elected to the All-Russian Constituent Assembly from the Black Sea Fleet.
