Shipping:
- TRACKED LETTER: trackable from beginning to end for some countries (list below copied from the official website)*
For others, it will only be semi-tracked (not trackable once it leaves France).
- TRACKED PACKAGE: you can ask for a new total requesting a package but that will be 14€ minimum.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when ordering. Failed delivery as a result of an address error submitted by the customer is not our responsibility. Letters/packages returned will be re-shipped at the customer's expense.
