The 42nd (Royal Highland) Regiment of Foot was a Scottish infantry regiment in the British Army also known as the Black Watch.
The 42nd Regiment was one of the first three Highland Regiments to fight in North America.

Unknown maker, Does anyone know who made these figures?

This is a very fine set of figures as I don't see any chips or blemishes on them.
I think they were made by Marlborough, or even Mulberry Miniatures, but I'm not 100% sure there
They could  also be by BLENHEIM too. Still, i don't know for sure either way.

About 54MM or maybe 1:32 scale
About 2 1/8" from base (bottom) of foot to approximate top of head.

These are fairly heavy figures overall.
