8 MODES.

A variety of modes, including easy-to-use normal pitch shift, organ sounds, hold mode for layering phrases, synth sounds using oscillators, FLITCH for sequencing delays with different playback speeds and TOYBOX for sequencing effects one after the other.

27 SCALES + 3 EDITABLE SCALES.

From basic Church modes such as Ionian Scale to various scales for easy phrase-making such as Pentatonic.

In addition, three editable user scales allow you to use any scale.

TEMPO DIVIDE & MULTI STEPS

You can select the note assignment of the effect sound in relation to the tempo.

The number of steps in the sequence can be set from 1 to 8, even in odd time signatures.

The sound of the effect can be selected from four envelopes.

The 8● keyboards are also used for flexible performance, e.g. to sustain a specific pitch or to insert an improvised phrase.

MIDI / EXP.PEDAL INPUT

CLOCK SYNC.

Synchronises the tempo to a DAW or external device.

NOTE CONTROL

Allows you to control sequences with a MIDI keyboard or other device.

EXP.PEDAL INPUT

Connect your expression pedal to use this as a pedal pitch shifter that changes between pitches in steps based on the sequence.

Save your favourite sounds.

9 PRESET SLOTS

You can store up to nine of your favourite presets in three banks of three patches.

Saved presets can be loaded at any time.

QUICK CHANGE.

Stored presets can be seamlessly switched while playing a song using only a footswitch.

SMART SW.

switch toggles between ACTIVE and BYPASS when pressed briefly (alternate switching), while a longer press switches between ACTIVE while pressed and BYPASS when released (momentary switching). This allows for intuitive control with fewer steps, even when switching frequently (momentary switching), such as when applying effects to parts of a phrase.

ALUMINIUM KNOBS.

Light, durable and high quality aluminium knobs of our own design. Moreover, the software goes through the operation the moment you step on the footswitch, preventing unintentional parameter changes.

FIRM UPDATABLE.

TARARIRA evolves even after purchase. It will be updated with additional functions and improved UI and operational stability. The back cover of the unit opens to a USB port for connection to a computer.
