Beautiful golden mahogany kneehole desk with flame panels, and stringing. Inlaid with a gold tooled green leather top. The desk measures 48 inches wide by 22 1/4 deep by 30 1/2 inches tall. The desk has one large drawer and two cupboards, flame panelled on the outside and fielded inside. Original brass castors on slender tapering legs. This is a family piece but we no longer have the space to keep it and need to pass it on for someone else to enjoy it.

Condition, used and enjoyed. On the left leg is a scratch as it meets the cupboard, see the last photo. Also it appears to have had the handles changed at some point , possibly by the retailer Druce and Co of London who sold this from their secondhand department around 100 years ago. The leather is perfect apart from two recessed rings from where a heavy lamp was placed, no stains. Collection only , in person or by courier by arrangement.
