Please note that measurements are approximate and not down to the last millimeter. As all manufacturer sizing can differ, please make sure to go by measurements given for fit. If you need more measurements, please let us know and we'll be happy to provide them to you. How our item fits our mannequin does not guarantee it will fit you exactly the same so please use measurements, not size tag and not how it fits mannequin. 

We participate in the Global Shipping Program.  As international shipments take much longer, please be patient when waiting for your item to arrive and watch your tracking information so you know where it's located. We ship within 1 business day of payment so once it leaves our location, we can't be held responsible for slow shipping times. 

As all computer settings can be different for color, brightness, etc., please note that actual colors may or may not slightly vary from what you see on your screen. Reds, and sometimes blue shades, in particular, are sometimes difficult to capture the exact color.

Please look at all photos as they are considered to be a part of the description. Feel free to ask any questions you may have and we will reply as quickly as possible.

Refunds will be given for any reason provided the buyer contact us with their intention to return within 30 days of receiving item. Item must be sent back to us in the same exact condition it was sent to you and buyer must provide us with tracking information. Once we receive the item back in the same condition it was sent, we will refund you your item cost. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. In the event it has been proven that we have grossly misrepresented an item, we will refund you all of your original costs. If you do not like something that could have been asked in advance, that is not considered misrepresentation if we don't list the info as you have every chance to inquire about it prior to bidding.
