The Made in Japan Traditional series is the result of the fusion of Fender's traditional instrument-making aesthetics and refined Japanese craftsmanship. The authentic DNA of Fender is brought back to life with solid Made in Japan quality.

The Made in Japan Traditional 70s Stratocaster features a gloss-finish ash body with 21 vintage-style frets and a 9.5" radius "U" shape maple neck. A six-saddle vintage-style Synchronized Tremolo bridge and original pickups selected specifically for the Traditional Series provide a realistic and musical vintage tone. The original pickups selected for the Traditional Series produce a realistic and musical vintage tone. The narrow nut width is designed to be easy to play for Japanese players. Solid guitar craftsmanship and flexible answers to players' needs are reflected in this series.
