Offered is a Southwestern Adobe Santa Fe Town Watercolor. This Art is signed by Stern. I can't make out the first name so it is an unknown artist. Framed it measures 21" x 17" with the painted area measuring about 15" x 11". It is in terrific condition as pictured with just some torn paper on the back.
