JABO Madyia Marble
Oxblood & Aventurine
WET MINT
Run Date: 2008

This run was named after Dave's granddaughter and consisted of 3 different run dates. The total number of marbles was around 120,000 marbles total made. I like this particular marble because of that cool thick oxblood swirl that is banded with strands of oxblood internal to the swirl. It is rather common to have a thin single oxblood swirl in many JABO marbles, but the thick oxblood swirl with bands is less frequent. The explosion of green aventurine is a major feature of this little gem. It covers a huge surface area and gives a ton of sparkle and pop to the marble. The unusual color that I didn't expect is that beautiful continuous swirl of baby blue colored glass sandwiched between the oxblood and aventurine. This is a very nice example of the JABO Madyia run.

I try to rotate my marbles to give all possible viewing angles. I provide high resolution pictures with my Canon Rebel DSLR camera with built-in flash in order to try and show every single minute detail possible. This way you know exactly what you are getting...no guesswork involved. This marble was made on the 3/4" machine and measures 0.724" in diameter.
