Choice of Styles 

Choose between a standing reindeer or a grazing reindeer. Alternatively, why not get them both? They look spectacular displayed together to create an enchanting family scene.

Bright Micro LEDs

Each reindeer is illuminated by 90 warm white micro LEDs which are smaller than normal LEDs for a more attractive appearance. What’s more, they emit a brighter, stronger glow.

Champagne Gold

The freestanding reindeer have a three-dimensional wire frame which is coloured champagne gold for a stylish, elegant finish. Also, it reflects the glow from the LEDs to beautiful effect.

Timer Function 

Each reindeer has a timer to light up at a time of your choosing. The timer turns the LEDs on for 6 hours, before automatically turning them off. You can also manually turn them on and off. 

Battery Operated

Each reindeer is powered by a battery box which requires 3 x AA batteries (not included). Because the box is connected by a 30cm cable, you can easily hide it behind nearby objects.

Goods will be sent to the delivery address provided at the checkout. Please note that items may be packaged and dispatched separately.

BFPO address

Only orders delivered by Royal Mail can be delivered to BFPO addresses.

Delivery to OUT OF AREA

For small and medium items (delivered with Yodel & Royal Mail), we will deliver to Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland at no extra cost. For large items (delivered with XDP), we may be unable to deliver to out of area post codes, therefore, please contact us before placing your order so we can check if delivery is available.

Failed Deliveries

It is the customer's responsibility to make sure they are in at the time of the delivery or that they collect the item from the depot/sorting office. Orders which are returned undelivered can be re-dispatched (additional delivery costs will be charged prior to dispatch) or refunded (minus the cost of the failed delivery).

Unwanted/Cancelled Purchases

• Must be reported within 14 days of receipt of the item
• Must be received back to us within 28 days of receipt of the item
• Must be complete in or with original packaging
• Must be in a re-sellable condition
• Must be notified prior to return

As per our terms and conditions please return all unwanted items and cancelled orders at your own cost. We advise using a tracked service and all customers should obtain proof of postage. For help returning your item(s) please contact us.

All order(s) will be checked upon receipt. If your return is accepted we will notify you via email or telephone and process your refund. If there is a problem with your return, or you fail to acknowledge the above terms and conditions, a member of our customer service team will be in touch.
