SHARP RP-103, RP117 turntable are classic products by SHARP in Japan around 1980.  After 40 years, it has been deeply loved by radio enthusiasts. However, most of the Loading Tray Gear inside has been damaged, and the turntable belts are also aging, causing the machine to fail to operate. These two vulnerable parts need to be replaced. In most cases, you only need to replace these two parts, and your machine will be repaired immediately and return to its normal functionality !

We have used these two parts to perfectly repair SHARP RP-117 and SHARP RP-118, and the machines have been restored to its original working condition! We checked the relevant information, indicating that this should also be suitable for RP-103, RP117, RP118, RP119 models (buyers, please also confirm on your own).

We recommend that the entire repair and replacement work be completed by professional engineers!

Special note here: Our Loading Tray Gear is made of POM (polyoxymethylene) material.  It has high hardness, high rigidity, and high wear resistance. Please rest assured to use it!
