Returns and exchanges

No Buyer's Remorse. Return is allowed only if we misrepresented the item in our store description or if we missed to inform any major damage to the item. We sell mostly antiques and vintage collectibles and they normally have the usual wear such as line surface scratches, fading & loss in enamel. We vetted all items for sale in our store.

Damage & Loss item in transit is covered by insurance. We would like to satisfy all our customers to the best of our ability. Please feel free to discuss with us any concern before or after your purchase.

Payment

Payment must be made within 24 to 48 hours via Paypal. Some Items for Sale are sold also in our Antique Store so if you want to make sure that the item is still available, please wait for our confirmation via email before making any online payment. You may email us to hold the item while we are checking the item status.

Shipping

Actual Shipping Cost plus Actual Cost of Insurance and Packing Materials. However, most of the time we shoulder the Labor & Postage Overage(s) as courtesy to our Customer. We ship within 1 to 2 days after payment is cleared. International Shipment: We ship via eBay's Global Shipping Program.

Actual Value is declared at Custom. Buyer is responsible for paying any Custom Duty & Fees. Please see shipping options to estimate shipping cost to your country. Continental USA & Canada: For your security and ours, we ship via USPS Priority Mail, except for oversized or heavy items, which ship via USPS, Fedex or UPS Ground.
