SMC-103 Hillside Tank & Shack

The Hillside Tank & Shack has fully detailed rock outcroppings, retaining walls, cast-in water tank and a pumphouse or shack. The casting was designed for a diorama or as a mini scene for your train layout. This is a great piece for practicing your painting and modeling techniques. We recommend a primer coat of paint prior to painting.

Our highly detailed scenery castings used to be cast in plaster. They were very heavy and the cost of shipping was very expensive. We are now casting with a hard surface resin filled with foam. The response has been incredible. The castings are lite weight and shipping is less expensive.
