accurately as possible. We put our Excellent and Good Used Condition

(EUC/GUC) merchandise through a rigorous process of intake that includes

research, testing, measuring, weighing, cleaning, and every step applicable

for that specific category of item. New/New in Open Box items (NIB/NIOB) are

confirmed to be in their respected stated condition with multiple visual

inspections.

We work very hard to ensure all our customers are 100% satisfied. Any seller

can get positive feedback on a simple transaction, but we take pride in getting

positive feedback on the listings that don’t always go smoothly. You can be

assured that with over 23 years trading experience on eBay, we can and will

do everything in our power to make your experience on par with the best that

Offers

Yes, we consider all reasonable offers! If there is an offer system available on

the platform for this listing, then you can utilize that, otherwise send us a direct

message. Offers less than 50% of the listing price will automatically be

declined by default. Please avoid messages asking us for our lowest price, we

do not begin negotiations at our lowest acceptable amount.

Payment and Refunds/Returns

Payments are only accepted through this marketplace, we are not able to take

payment directly. Completion of payment is expected within 24 hours.

Payment not made within 24 hours will result in the transaction being

cancelled and the item relisted.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of shipment. Please contact us before

returning an item; returns received without prior contact to confirm return

details may not be accepted. Some returns are subject to a 10% restocking

fee. Refunds are given on original purchase price; original shipping is not

included.

Shipping

The buyer is responsible for all shipping unless otherwise noted. We do offer

free shipping for some items and that will be clearly noted in the listing (*free

shipping is solely inclusive of the continental ((lower 48)) United States*). International shipping is

offered directly through this marketplace. We are unable to ship internationally

directly to the buyer.

Items are typically packed and shipped within 48 hours of payment unless

otherwise noted in the Shipping section. Larger items do take longer handling

times (including any items requiring freight shipping). If you have a special

request for packaging or shipping an item, please contact us *prior* to

purchase. Any shipping requests made after a listing has ended cannot be

honored. If the item is valued over $500 it will always require a signature for

delivery.

If you require your address be changed then please ensure this is done during

the checkout process; we are unable to make any changes to the shipping

address once payment has been completed.

We recycle packing materials whenever possible, including boxes (so long as

they maintain their structural integrity). This allows us to keep overall costs

down, which in turn allows us to offer lower prices to our customers. This is

also environmentally responsible and friendly!

We take pride in our low item damage rate due to the care we use in packing

our parcels. However, we can only do our level best to ensure an item arrives

safely, as once it leaves our warehouse it is quite literally out of our hands. If

an item does arrive damaged, please contact us immediately and keep all

packaging materials.
