We aim to get your products delivered as quickly as possible. We use merchants who are close to you, we rely on them to deliver your order to give greater flexibility & larger stock holding.
Delivery times quoted are best estimates, we aim to do better, your local merchant will endeavour to get your product in the specified time.
Please DO NOT arrange Tradespersons until you receive the item and have checked no transport damage, we do not accept compensation claims.
If your product is received damaged, please reject the delivery, if you accept the product then find damage, please take photos and forward those to us, we will liaise with the merchant to resolve & replace as soon as practically possible.
Please ensure the delivery details including contact number in eBay are correct, if you are not in during the working week provide alternative delivery instructions. We do not leave products without a signature, leaving in a safe place is the responsibility of the buyer
Returns: the cost of returns is your responsibility, please return using tracking and insurance. Items supplied as order may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, returns should be in original packaging and in sellable condition. Damage in transit will have to be claimed via the insurance of the courier.
Items damaged by incorrect installation will void the warranty and cannot be returned.
Please do not remove any existing fixtures and fittings until you have received your order and checked for damage. Please do not arrange trades until your item has been delivered.
