Store Hours are M-TH 8-6 EST. Items usually ship next Business Day. Saturday / Sunday Orders ship out on Monday with Completed payment. Weekends are family time for us and we try to unplug as much as possible.

I do combine shipping when I can, it all depends on size, weight and destination of the package. Since all these factors increase the actual cost of shipping. 

In the event that an item gets damaged in shipment, please contact me first, send photos of damaged item and packaging so I can resolve any issues fairly and quickly. Life happens and Delivery people have bad days too. I will always try to resolve problems with your help. I can't help if I don't know.
