Based on the word Japan on their bases, these figures may all be AHI, Japanese made and near copies or "clones", of similar looking SAE, Union of South Africa brand US Army figures.
Note:
HE (Holger Eriksson) is associated with model soldiers made under the names: Eire (made in Ireland) Authenticast, Comet and in The Union of South Africa, by the Co. SAE, or Swedish African Engineers, AKA: S. A. Sculptured Models.
At least one is fairly marked as "Japan" on the base, he's figure # 1 on the right. Officer has binoculars on his chest and no field shovel on his back.
