Used GTI PDV-2/D is in excellent condition. Please note, this is a two lamp unit and only one lamp works. The other lamp will need a new replacement ballast. Both F17 T8 tubes work.

GTI sells a new replacement ballast for $195.

It will be up to the buyer to purchase and replace the ballast as it is not included in this sale. This unit is sold "as-is".
