This is a 2000 Gibson Custom Shop Historic Collection 1959 Les Paul Standard Reissue Gloss Lemon Burst, which is extremely lightweight for a Les Paul at 3.7kg and uses beautiful Figured Maple on the top of the body.

This machine has Figured Maple on the top of the body.

Mahogany on the body back and neck,

Rosewood is used for the fingerboard.

The pickup uses Gibson Burst Bucker 2 & 3 Set, and the condenser is Cornell Dubilier.

This instrument is refretted, and there is plenty of room for the fret height.

There is some paint wear that suggests it was used with the pickguard removed.

The neck is in good condition and there is plenty of room for both forward and reverse warping of the truss rod.

The electrical system is in good condition and has been maintained and cleaned, so you can use it with confidence.
