Set Of Eleven Large And Unique MCM Hand-Painted Panels / Room Dividers 17 Feet Wide Total When Together.

Really neat setup—and over 17 Feet Wide by over six and a half feet Tall.

These were hand-painted back in the late fifties for a play set backdrop / background. They have been used for this a few times, hung on walls, and used as a room divider in the past. They have also been broken up and displayed in different areas of a house before. However they are all back together now and being sold as a set.

I’m very sorry, but I am unwilling to break up the set and sell any panel(s) separately. I am selling these as an eleven-piece set only.

Well made. Very strong, sturdy, and stable. Quite heavy too. Each panel weighs over ten pounds each (my estimate).

Approximate measurements:

Each panel: 18 5/8” Wide X 1 1/4” Thick X 80 3/8” Tall.

All eleven panels together (not including any gap for hinges or separation) are approximately 17 Feet Wide X 1 1/4” Thick X 80 3/8” Tall.

No hinges are currently installed. There have been hinges on and off them in the past, as there are holes on the sides where they have previously been installed. No hinges are currently installed or included.

These can be mounted on a wall, have hinges attached to them and serve as one or more room dividers, or whatever you would like.

Please note these are over sixty years old, so they do show wear and some minor damage here and there—primarily to the trim / frames—but not bad. Some of the painting parts has some minor damage here and there, but again, not bad. Please see pictures.

These also look neat displayed with some space between each panel, so covering the lion’s share of over a twenty-foot long wall would not be a problem.
