Solid sterling silver FE Olds Flute in original case.

Flute appears to be in excellent condition, finish is spectacular but it’s silver of course, however guessing the pads may need to be changed due to age. They appear to be fine, but just saying.

The case has not weathered the years as well. It is leather and all original, still serviceable, latches work well, handle in good shape, but some stitching on the leather is missing and worn. The rust staining is from the cleaning rod, looks like water got in and damaged it but I cleaned it off and rod is now fine. Did not affect the flute, as again, it is solid silver.

Melt value on this would be close to $300, but it is still a very nice and serviceable instrument so pricing above that.
