If you follow our store, (and you should) you know we generally only sell top end museum and collector quality models, kits, and other fine aviation, military, and assorted unique collectibles. However, recently I have found several boxes of nice assorted items that never made it to our museum or gallery display for a variety of reasons, some of which were purely duplicates and excess inventory. These items may have their  "issues" such as decal loss, minor repairs, needed repairs, glazed canopy's, a small nick or scratch, a missing part, chips, box staining or shelf wear, storage or shipping damage. These items will be offered at discount prices to compensate for needed upgrades, repairs, parts loss, cleaning, and so on. Items are as shown and sold as-is, as-found. Please view the photos carefully prior to purchase. What you see, is what you will get. Items are non-refundable. All purchases will be shipped with care and properly packaged regardless of value.

1) All items unless otherwise noted, are sold "as-is", "as-shown", in USED condition. Please view all photos and ask questions before bidding. Pictures are worth a thousand words. Please view them carefully.  Need more pictures of the item? Please ask. We are pleased to provide additional photos. What you see is what you will receive. If its not in the photos, it is not included. We do our best to fairly and accurately represent our items, but in some cases due to the rarity of the item or its age and condition, little information may be available.  We do not inventory our kits, or open sealed items or antiques for completeness unless noted as such in our listings. These are estate sale items and presented in the condition found.

2) We do NOT offer refunds or returns unless otherwise noted in the listing. No refunds will be issued for missing parts, instructions, manufacturers defects or scale. We do not issue refunds because you decided you don't want the item or have misused it. At our sole discretion we may consider a refund based upon circumstance in limited cases. Should a refund be offered, buyer will be responsible for the cost to return the item to seller in the same condition in which it was sold. Seller will issue a refund to buyer less the original shipping cost paid by seller. 

3) Damaged items. We make a valiant effort to carefully package all of our items for shipment.  In the majority of the cases we use USPS as our preferred shipper. Items valued at less than $100 are insured by USPS without additional cost.  Items over $100 would require insurance to be purchased at an additional cost to buyer unless otherwise included in the shipping cost stated in listing. If you would like to insure your item please let us know before paying. Risk of damage is that of the buyer and buyer must contact USPS for any claim or compensation.
