I found the part number listed in a 1978 - 1981 Dodge Pick up manual for the 318 motor. 

It is listed for 4 carburetor models TQ-9228-S , TQ9269-S  ,  TQ-9270-S  and TQ-9271-S I included snips of those entries. 

It should be for the Carter 4 Barrel  8314 797E. It has a triangular bolt pattern, and a single wire.
