Seven postcards of same series prepaid 45c showing various trades, architecture or landscapes written by the same person between 1929 to 1931.  All 7 are uprated 15c with an olive brown "Babuende woman" Sc 90 of a series issued in 1923-27.  Six of the cards are covered with news, comments and questions from sender probably to family in Belgium.  Comments include "we have many sick people for the moment" which could mean the writer was a doctor or missionary.  Writer also discusses "Joel's" grades in school a number of times.  Interesting time-pieces from the former Belgian colony when mail was still transported back and forth by steamer.
