This TV is under a year old purchased from Best Buy.  The screen started flicking in and out but no actual picture.  Best buy tech says would have to come out to diagnose for a service fee, then IF fixable another fee.  This TV would be idea for a TECHNIAN who can fix TVs or the like.   Other than when this problem started about 3 weeks ago, TV worked fine.  Comes with REMOTE.
