Up for sale is a Thomas Sevres Bavaria Germany hand painted and signed Phillips 7 7/8" plate. It has a gold rim, and a design of large pink and yellow roses with green leaves. The plate has no chips and no design or gold loss, but it does have a manufacturing flaw just below the gold rim, see the last photo. Thanks for looking!
