There are some light scrapes/scratches on the outside and I've tried to show some of these in the pictures.

When the laptop is opened, you can see some light scratches around the outer edge - again there's pictures showing these.

And there is one very light scratch on the left side of the screen - it's not very noticeable, I almost missed it, but it's there so I'm mentioning it to you.

The laptop has been factory reset and updated.  It's ready for you to use as soon as it arrives.
