Handling Times - We post from our store in Warrington five times a week (Mon-Fri) at 4pm so your parcel will be dispatched within 24 hours as an absolute maximum.

Postage - Free postage items listed are processed with the Royal Mail (UK) at 2nd class as a default or Hermes if bulky. Options are available for 1st class or express post at checkout. If you have delivery preferences please add a comment upon checkout.

Combined Postage - We will happily combine your orders and send via the cheapest option for you.

Worldwide Shipping - Send me a message before purchase and we will do our best to find you the cheapest price based on amount of items and weight of parcel.  

Postage & Franking Receipts - Kept for proof of postage and tax Returns.  

Speedy Delivery - Payment for registered, 24 or 48 hour post can be arrangedat checkout. Note this will be Mon-Fri only. 

Legal Bit - All goods are sold in good faith, deemed as fit for purpose under the sale of goods act section 14. Buyer is deemed as over 18 by presumption of having a credit card / Paypal account. Please do not let your child use your eBay account on your behalf as no good ever comes of it!

None of our toys are suitable for children under 36 months due to small parts. Due to purchasing used goods please inspect your toy thoroughly before passing it to your child.  

Faults ? Due to the nature of our goods being used, mistakes can happen. Please messageus and we will happily resolve the issue together.

Note that fraudulent claims, rude or abusive mails will be deleted without action.

  Returns ? Please start a return via the eBay process within 14 days of receipt. Faultyreturns will be funded by our shop who will happily provide you a shipping label. Refunds will be returned to your PayPal account within 48 hours of successful receipt of the item.
