Vintage, NITE Line, Black Beaded Dress, Size 14.  100% Silk, padded shoulders, V-neckline, 3/4 sheer, beaded sleeves, tiered pointed hem, has a back hidden zippered closure.  Lined and medium in weight.

*Noted Flaws: Pictures #18-21, most visible bead misses, undone threads.  Pics #22-24, dirt inside armpit and close up & zoom out on the front, has a lighter spot (powder?) below the V point.
