Package pick up

When you collect a package always make sure that it has not been tampered with, that it does not have an improbable weight, that there are not two different types of tapes for closure, that the name on the transport document matches the name on the package, if you have doubts about the integrity always write on the document "you accept subject to verification of the integrity of the content", because in case you sign the document without reservation you declare that the package is intact and the content is perfect, so once signed in case of damage the object is not refundable.

It is important to communicate a fixed or mobile telephone number to be traced, by us or by the courier, during the delivery of the package if there are problems.

The purchased goods will be delivered to the destination address specified by the customer in the purchase.

The customer is advised to always sign the courier's waybill "subject to verification of the integrity of the content". Complaints regarding damage to the material due by the courier not signed with the aforementioned apostille cannot be resolved.
Warehouse stocks are not directly linked to the online site, therefore, it is possible that some products on the site are not currently available in stock.
In case of unavailability, even temporary, of the requested goods in the warehouse, Ci.Di. Service srl:
- will inform the customer via e-mail;
- as soon as possible, and in any case within thirty days from the day following the arrival of the confirmation e-mail, will refund the customer any sums paid for the payment of the supply, unless the customer communicates that he wants to wait the purchased product
Any kind of delay relating to the delivery of the purchased goods is attributable exclusively to the forwarder.
Any delays do not lead to the cancellation of the order.
Once the order has been placed, the delivery cannot be rejected. Any stock and returns will be charged exclusively to the customer.
This in order to fully satisfy the condition of art. 53 of Legislative Decree n. 206 of 06/09/2005.
It is forbidden for the Customer to enter false and / or invented and / or fictional data in the registration procedure necessary to activate the procedure for the execution of this contract and the related further communications for him; the personal data and the e-mail address must be exclusively their real personal data and not those of third parties, or of fantasy.
It is the purchaser's duty to verify the integrity of the material received no later than 3 days (natural and consecutive) from the arrival of the product. After this deadline Ci.Di.Service srl will no longer be responsible for damage, lack of material or spare parts and replacement.
Ci.Di.Service srl reserves the right to legally pursue any violation and abuse, in the interest and for the protection of all consumers.
