30 Day Warranty:
Warranty covers for 90 days for the vr Processor, Headset and ac adaptor brick. This will only be covered from a defect at the fault of the item only and not by misuse of the user.
30 day warranty will apply to all other accessories in the bundles: move controllers, camera, game, cables.
In the event of Hardware defect, we will help to troubleshoot the problem via ebay messages with quick response. Otherwise you will require to send it back for a replacement. Once we recieve the item, we validate the serial numbers that were sent to you and initiate the process.
In the event such as a blackout or the user has interfered with the software - warranty will be void.

We use Australia Post and Sendle
All purchases incur a handling time of 2 days, and during peak seasons this can be up to 3 days. We will endeavour to ship them out as a priority.
